Mumbai: It is said that there are only two religions in India, cricket and Bollywood and hence many films based on cricket like 'Lagaan', 'Kui Po Che', 'Iqbal' and 'Dil Bole Hadippa' have been made in Bollywood. If you are a cricket enthusiast, then you will also know that when the match is at its peak, then many fans try cricket tricks, and on this issue, director Abhishek Sharma's film The Zoya Factor! This is the story of Zoya Solanki, who lives in Delhi, who lives with her father and brother and both are crazy lovers of cricket! Zoya was born on 25 June 1983 when India won their World Cup under the captaincy of Kapil Dev. His father believes that Zoya is lucky for 'cricket'. A junior copywriter in an advertising company, he has to go to the Indian cricket team for his assignment, where his father believes he is lucky for the Indian cricket team.
Indian cricket team, which continuously losing, wins on that day, and the whole team believes that the victory of that day has been due to Zoya Ki, but captain Nikhil Khoda (Dulquer Salmaan) says that it is all useless and the game is just Can be won with hard work. But other members of the Indian team consider Joya to be a lucky charm. Now, under these circumstances what will happen next, the film The Zoya Factor has been woven on this line. Director Abhishek Sharma makes a grammatically correct film in this film! Achieve success in making very light-hearted entertaining films too! But the film does not say anything! But this is definitely lighthearted entertainment.
If we talk about acting, the chemistry of both Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salmaan is very good, both of them are seen doing full justice to their characters! Angad Bedi makes a strong presence! After a long time, Sikander Kher wins the hearts of the audience with his effortless acting! At the same time, Sanjay Kapoor is very supportive of them! The script of the film is quite interesting the way which Abhishek has written it, the whole film keeps tickling you. Especially in the commentator's dialogues, the audience attracts a different kind of handwriting. Overall, Zoya Factor is not a great film, but a light-hearted entertaining film that you can watch once.
