Indian Post launches it's speed post service for six more countries
New Delhi. Indian Post has introduced speed post service for six new countries in Asia, Europe, and South America. The department on Wednesday announced the introduction of International Speed Post (EMS) service to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Ecuador, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, and Northern Macedonia. EMS i.e. Express Mail Service is a premium service. In this, people can send their documents to the destination faster. Consumers can also get information about goods sent over the Internet.
The Department of Posts said in the statement that this facility will strengthen connectivity with people living in these countries and increase business as EMS is a popular medium for small and medium enterprises. EMS service for these countries will be available in major post offices in the country. According to the website of India Post, speed post service is available for 100 countries right now.
